My Demon Slayer Goods Recommendations and Wish-Lists

In this post, I will be sharing on some of the Demon Slayer goods in my wish-list, pre-orders list, my still-thinking-about-it list and goods I already own.

DECEMBER 2021 UPDATE: Check out my updated post on : Demon Slayer Gift Guide: Best things to buy for a Kimetsu no Yaiba Fan!

Kimetsu no Yaiba Demon Slayer Goods
Sabito!

In the past few months, I’ve noticed a lot of Demon Slayer fans from all over the world reading my Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba x Ufotable Cafe post. THANK YOU!

With the current season of the anime wrapping up, let’s talk about the second thing on our minds. DEMON SLAYER GOODS!! We all know we want them! Our wallets – probably not so much.

Note: This is not part of my planned Packing My Room (PMR) series simply because I do not have that many Kimetsu no Yaiba goods YET. LOL Upcoming PMR post: JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.  [Coming Soon!]

My Demon Slayer Goods

About 2 weeks ago, I played the Kimetsu no Yaiba Banpresto Ichiban Kuji at one of my local anime goods shop. Here’s my loot!

Kimetsu no Yaiba Kuji Prizes

It must have been a Nezuko Day for me because I got both a rubber strap and a Shiki Board of hers. These are my very first Kimetsu no Yaiba Demon Slayer goods!

As cute as Nezuko is, who I really wanted was Sabito. I’m happy to say that I’ve managed to trade my Nezuko for Sabito’s rubber strap! (Yay!)

Tanjiro Demon Slayer Kujij Prize

Tanjiro’s plushie is really well-made. He sits very well on my palm and I love how jovial he looks. I also really liked that they included little details such as his earrings and his belt. There was actually a Nezuko plushie up for grabs too but as you can see, I didn’t win it. Am still very happy with Tanjiro though!

You can check with your local anime goods shop if they have brought in this Kuji. Alternatively, you can try checking at some of the secondhand goods shop in Japan or online Japanese Auction sites to get your hands on these Kuji prizes. Warning: Prices can be relatively high on these channels as the Kuji is still considered pretty recent.

For more information about Kujis, check out my guide on all things Kuji: A Kuji Guide: All You need to know and more!

These are my loot from my visit to the Kimetsu no Yaiba x ufotable cafe in Osaka back in May 2019. I had a really good time. I highly encourage all to go to the cafe if you can. You can read about my experiences here: Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba x Ufotable Cafe

My Demon Slayer Pre-Ordered Goods

In this section, I’ll be sharing a list of Kimetsu no Yaiba anime goods that I’ve pre-ordered.  Some you might be interested to get for yourself too!

A) Nendoroids

*Image taken from Good Smile Company (GSC) website

Honestly, this looks to be one of the best Nendoroids by Good Smile Company (GSC). The detailing looks pretty good and the faces bears a good resemblance to the characters. Nezuko’s optional part of the box can be opened too! Tanjiro also comes with the optional effects parts of his Breath of Water Sword Technique Style!

Hopefully, the actual product is just as good when I receive them in March 2020 and April 2020 respectively.

I think if the nedoroids are within your budget, it is definitely one to add to your Demon Slayer Goods collection. ^ ^ I’ll do my own unboxing review when I received them in 2020. To learn more about nendoroids, check out my mini guide on Nendoroids – A guide on buying Good Smile Company Nendoroids.

B) Pins & Acrylic Figure Stands

Have I mentioned how much I like Sabito? ^ ^ And getting Sabito means I have to get Tomioka. Why? Shhh no spoilers. I’ve included the Japanese and English names of the items below so you can find them in your preferred shops easier.

I have personally bought many Japanese anime goods from AmiAmi and Hobby Search over the years. As such, I will be referencing these two Japan online anime goods shops frequently in my posts. Geeky Travels & Fandoms is NOT affiliated and NOT sponsored by AmiAmi and Hobby Search.

I really like the fox (warding) masks in Kimetsu no Yaiba. Have a feeling that this pin would look great on my travel bag. And it’s Sabito… so I just had to get it. ^ ^

Sabito has another design in this acrylic stand series where he’s standing with a sword. I thought long and hard on which design to get. I ultimately went with this because he was holding the mask. ^ ^ The mask always wins.

For reasons mentioned above, I had to get Tomioka as a set with Sabito. So I naturally went with the same sitting down design series as the one I’ve pre-ordered for Sabito.

That’s my Demon Slayer Goods for now. There are definitely a lot more anime goods released and in the pipeline for Kimetsu no Yaiba.

Let me know in the comments below what you have bought/pre-ordered!

My Demon Slayer Goods Wish-List

Here’s my Wish-List! Really hoping that I can get my hands on them.

A) Tanjiro’s Earrings [ Official Licensed Product by MUSE木棉花  (Taiwan)]

These earrings are official licensed products made by Muse Taiwan. They were SOLD OUT when they debuted at the Taiwan 20th Comic (Anime & Manga) fair in Taipei back in August 2019. I actually queued for quite a long while before getting into the booth too. T T

The earrings will be available for sale sometime in October 2019. Check Muse Taiwan FB page for updates here. I’m trying to see if I get the earrings by asking my friends in Taiwan to help me buy. I love that they are clip-ons because my ears are not pierced. ^ ^

I’m not sure if they do international shipping. For Singapore and S.E.A fans, I think MUSE will very likely sell some at AFA in December 2019. The price will be higher of-course.

B) The Acrylic Mask Badges

UFOTABLE will be opening pre-orders for the Cafe exclusive goods on their webstore soon. I’m hoping to get the pin of Sabito’s mask. The pins were SOLD OUT when I visited the cafe back in May 2019. Read about my cafe escapade: Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba x Ufotable Cafe

Please refer to UFOTABLE official twitter: https://twitter.com/ufotable for the updates on the official webstore pre-orders dates.

C) ばくだん焼本舗 x Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba Campaign Acrylic Stands

Image from ばくだん焼本舗 website

OMG! These are soooo cute!! Let’s see if I can get my hands on these. Sabito and Makomo is soo cute! I have several acrylic stands of the Ace Attorney series so I believe the Demon Slayers one should be of a pretty good quality too!

Oh for those who might be interested, ばくだん焼本舗 is a kiosk in Japan that sells SUPER BIG takoyaki (octopus ball). And I mean fist size big. They have different flavors. So if you are not a fan of octopus, there’s plenty of other fillings to choose from. I’ve eaten quite a few in Ikebukuro, Tokyo and its always an interesting experience each time.

Wow, Really?

This is my “I’m not going to buy them but amuses me to no end” list of Demon Slayer Goods. It’s pretty creative and I’m pretty sure there will be fans who want to buy it. Just thought to share ^ ^

This is a Jump Shop Exclusive Item. So, anyone fancy bringing this to school/work? ^ ^ Be Like Tanjiro!!! Find a way to save Nezuko by carrying her around!

Verdy Tokyo tie-up with Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba

Your favourite Demon Slayer Characters as Footballers and Referee! ^ ^ The designs are soooo cute!! Alas, I have just too many anime cushions lying around so I can’t buy anymore. Thought to share because sharing is caring. Did you see the numbers on their cushion cover/ football jerseys? It is actually the dates of their birthdays!

Verdy Tokyo is a Japanese professional football club. I love how Japan always have anime tie-ups with their sports. Even with non-sports anime/manga series LOL There was even a themed cafe tie-up in July – August 2019!

Sitting on the Fence

This is my “still-thinking-about-it” list of Demon Slayer Goods.

The Q Posket Demon Slayer Figurines from Banpresto

*Click on the images above for a larger view.

These are actually crane games prizes in Japan from Banpresto.  Some do frankly look a little odd but generally most of the figures are rather cute.  My current Q posket collection consist of Ash & Eiji (Banana Fish) ; Newt (Fantastic Beasts) and Harry (Harry Potter). I also have several Disney Q Posket figurines – Alice (Alice in Wonderland), Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty) and Ariel (The Little Mermaid) – which I’m proud to say I caught them in the crane game machines!!

I’m kinda tempted to get the Demon Slayers one because they look pretty good. I’m still sitting on the fence because I’ve already pre-ordered the nendoroids. Getting both types would be seriously putting a dent on my wallet. Personally, I prefer the Tanjiro from vol 2 and Nezuko from Vol 1. Anyone wants to give me one? ^ ^

So, if you are really good at crane games you can consider trying catching them if you are in Japan in September and October 2019. If not, you can try ordering from the various anime goods shops and platforms.  Nowadays, quite a lot of them do carry pre-orders for these crane game prizes.

Just remember to do a price comparison online. I’ve seen some exorbitant prices for these figures and its ridiculous how much some auction sites charge for them. If you have questions such as what price range is acceptable, feel free to ask in the comments section or email me.
